All About Kids was founded by Cathy Grossfeld in 1988, later joined by her husband Michael who are both New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and have over 60 years of combined experience in providing and administering services for children with developmental delays.

For over 30 years, All About Kids has provided evaluations, individual and group therapy services, consultations, and service coordination for children. All About Kids' comprehensive offering of services and programs addresses all facets of a child's development and allows for better team coordinated and individualized treatment. We provide early intervention, preschool, school age, and autism services privately as well as through the New York State public funded EI, CPSE, and District CSE programs including the NYCDOE. All About Kids is looking for a Recruiter / Onboarder / Compliance Monitor for pediatric provider (teachers and therapists) positions. You will be working collaboratively with our compliance and recruiting team to both help source, onboard, and monitor provider compliance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Sourcing providers on sites such as Indeed and Linkedin. This includes outreach as well as followup to bring providers onto All About Kids based on needs that arise from the managers and owners
  • Onboarding Providers. Once a provider has agreed to come onboard they move into onboarding which consists of helping them to complete paperwork relevant to the position they are coming onboard for as well as following up with them to make sure the paperwork in completed in a timely manner. Also handling any issues that may arise as a result with a positive attitude. As of now it is done on paper but we will be moving to an electronic system in the coming weeks.
  • Compliance Monitoring. The ongoing monitoring of a provider's compliance. Including but not limited to certifications, health exams, professional development. Making sure that your assigned providers stay in full compliance and helping them update their documents as expiration dates come up.
  • Attending recruitment fairs as needed. Looking for someone very personable, extroverted, and outgoing who is willing to attend fairs and recruit providers. Being able to thrive in a social environment is a must.
  • Pulling reports and making workflow suggestions. The ability to pull reports as requested and using those reports to make suggestions for better workflows.


    • Experience with Indeed Resume Perferred
    • Experience with Linkedin Recruiting Preferred
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
    • Experience with electronic onboarding systems preferred
    • Incredibly detail oriented
    • Very organized
    • Excellent at time management
    • Recruiter or Sales background a plus
    • Able to have a very positive attitude and stay cheerful in a sometimes stressful work environment
    • Able to spend a lot of time on the phone with a very positive attitude
    • Comfortable with video chat
    • Able to thrive in a collaborative environment with others
    • Able to create or pull reports of onboarding, recruiting, or compliance when needed
    • Experience with Office 365 a plus
    • Experience in pediatric therapy a plus
